This tour will explore Marrakech in Morocco, filled with mystery and intrigue.  It marches to its own beat. It’s a major economic center and home to mosques, palaces and gardens. The Medina is a densely packed, walled medieval city dating to the Berber Empire, with maze like alleys where thriving souks (marketplaces) sell traditional textiles, pottery and jewelry.   5 nights will be spent in a lovely 5 star Riad-style hotel not far from the Medina. Included will be several tours including entrance fees & English speaking guides. Also included will be a spa treatment at the Moroccan Hammam at our hotel which will elevate you to full body bliss.  Enjoy a cooking class where you will learn cooking secrets of the region. 

Daily breakfast, 2 lunches, 3 dinners one of which will be under the stars at the desert of Agafay. Another at Rick’s Cafe, the mythical saloon from the 1942 film, “Casablanca” which has finally been transformed into a beautiful restaurant. It’s a safe, polished, and very controlled environment. 

Our tour will include a 2 night stay in the cosmopolitan city of  Casablanca. On a day trip you will discover Morocco’s elegant capital of Rabat where history, royal heritage and Atlantic views create a more serene side of the country.
